I began making jewellery to manage pain and focus my mind. Inspired by upcycling, I now rescue vintage treasures from charity shops. I salvage forgotten beads to give them a second chance to shine, merging the old with the new. Some beads have a story worth saving and giving a new life.
Beading is more than a craft; it is a therapeutic practice. Deconstructing the old to imagine the new supports a focused, resilient mind. Whether from old or new beads, I create, where possible, demi-parure sets to bring that same sense of calm and beauty to the wearer.
While my heart lies in restoration, I am constantly exploring new textures. I merge these vintage ‘rescues’ with modern supplies. Every design goes through a journey of ‘makes and remakes’ until I am happy to wear it myself, ensuring that what reaches you is both unique and sustainable.

Style Note: Demi-Parure
Pronounced “demi-pah-roor”, this classic French term simply means a matching jewellery set of two or three items—most commonly a coordinating necklace and earring pair. It is the perfect way to wear a beautifully pulled-together look, handmade to be entirely unique to you.
